Star Wars:  The Old Republic is a MMORPG from BioWare focusing on the Star Wars realm thousands of years prior to the movies and a few hundred years after the events of the single player RPG, Knights Of The Old Republic series.  The Sith, believed by some to have long been vanished, suddenly appear and retake their home world of Korriban; destroying the Republic guard ships stationed there.  From there, a great war ensues, ripping the galaxy in two.  Only after a bold Sith attack on the Jedi Temple on Coruscant did the Republic capitulate and a tenuous cease fire was declared.  Each faction now controls a section of the galaxy and everywhere tensions run high as both sides scheme against each other.  It’s the ultimate cold war.

It is at this time that new heroes rise up and try to sway the power struggle to their advantage.  There will be quests that will have you travel across the galaxy to sabotage opposing plans, flash points where you must track down an escaped Jedi prisoner, war zones that pit you against the opposing faction in fierce PvP battle, and operations that give you and your guild mates large scale missions to take out some of the biggest galactic threats.  So, come and help the Lethal Guild decide the fate of the galaxy, one dead Republic scum at a time!

Guild Info

Lethal is an Empire, PvP, US East Coast guild that intends to explore all aspects of The Old Republic, be it operations and flash points or PvP war zones.  We are playing on the Davik’s Estate server and are a casual guild that places a priority of having fun and helping others over getting gear, class advances or other in-game perks.  That’s not to say we don’t want to kick ass in operations or war zones or just smashing some random Republic scum we happen across.  It’s just that we will not be stressed out about getting to max level asap so we can run operations and get gear.  We want everyone to enjoy the game and, most of all, enjoy playing with each other.

The Lethal Guild is an extension of the Lethal Gaming Community and as such, we require all guild mates to have the same mature attitude that community members share.  Also, all guild members should abide the Lethal rules and policies set forth in the Lethal Information post.  Bear in mind, though that being a member of the guild does not make one a Lethal Community member.  Therefore guild invitations will be given out more liberally, but that also means that guild members can just as easily be removed as well if we feel that a member is not fitting in well with the Lethal ideals.

That being said, guild members are encouraged to apply for membership to the community.  So feel free to join other Ventrilo channels and get to know the rest of the crew!  We are a multi-gaming community and enjoy a diverse selection of games in addition to providing servers for some multi-player games and our members span the entire United States.  As a community member you would have priority for joining any of our game servers.  Also, all community members will hold at least a Lieutenant’s rank in the guild.

• torhead.com - Basically it’s a very convenient interface to the entire game database.  You can look up abilities, quests, items, npcs, everything that you can interact with in the game.  The major benefit here is that each entry also has a tab for player comments.  This can come in helpful with hints on how to finish a quest, or whether you should equip a certain item.
